Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

By using ModOps HQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. Your first login via Google OAuth constitutes acceptance of these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 require parental consent.

2. Account

Accounts are created through Google OAuth. We read your Google ID and name only. No email, no profile picture, nothing else. Your Google name becomes your initial username, which you can change anytime from your profile. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.

3. Content

  • Do not upload stolen, infringing, or offensive content.
  • You grant ModOps HQ a license to host and distribute your uploaded content.
  • You can remove individual content or terminate your account to delete all content.
  • All content can be published instantly without approval queues.

4. Termination

Account Termination: You can terminate your account from the User Account page.
Termination is permanent and irreversible.
What gets removed:

  • All of your created content and submitted feedback
  • Personal data (username anonymized, bio and specialties cleared)

Terminated accounts cannot re-register with the same Google account.

5. Public Chat

The public chat feature is provided for community interaction. By using the chat, you agree to follow our community guidelines.

  • Messages are automatically filtered for inappropriate language.
  • Rate limiting is enforced to prevent spam.
  • We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or block content and users without notice.
  • Do not share sensitive, personal, or illegal information in chat.
  • No harassment, hate speech, threats, or sexually explicit content.
  • Users are responsible for their own conduct and any consequences thereof.
  • Chat history is temporary and not permanently stored.
  • To report issues or abuse, join our Discord server.

ModOps HQ is not responsible for user-generated chat content. Use at your own risk.

6. Liability

ModOps HQ is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or the safety of user-generated content, including chat messages. The platform is free to use with no ads or donations.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in those courts.
