Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

By using ModOps HQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. Your first login via Google OAuth constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 require parental consent.
2. Account
Accounts are created through Google OAuth. We read your Google ID and name only. No email, no profile picture, nothing else. Your Google name becomes your initial username, which you can change anytime from your profile. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
3. Content
- Do not upload stolen, infringing, or offensive content.
- You grant ModOps HQ a license to host and distribute your uploaded content.
- You can remove individual content or terminate your account to delete all content.
- All content can be published instantly without approval queues.
4. Termination
Account Termination: You can terminate your account from the User Account page.
Termination is permanent and irreversible.
What gets removed:
- All of your created content and submitted feedback
- Personal data (username anonymized, bio and specialties cleared)
Terminated accounts cannot re-register with the same Google account.
5. Liability
ModOps HQ is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or the safety of user-generated content. The platform is free to use with no ads or donations.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in those courts.
